Mouse!  I saw one run by and didn't want to see another!!  Large retail spaces can be problematic and fairly costly to maintain a pest free environment.  Having experienced the high... read more cost associated with a well known industry service provider in a previous location, I was keen on locating a competitive quality local service provider for this now larger space but not wanting to incur significant cost.My online search led me to AR Pest Control and it's been an excellent experience from first contact.  From the first phone call to the serviceman appearing on site to carry out the initial investigative site survey which happened very quickly.  Maqbool (serviceman) was professional and meticulous in his survey of the property both inside as well as outside.  Having completed his survey, he walked me through pointing out all his observations, showed me signs of potential rodent issues (droppings) and pointed out points of entry we weren't even aware were there.Before leaving he placed some bait traps even though we had no contracts signed as he was there for evaluation.  Days later we had a visit from Andrew (General Manager), he was polite, professional, and you could tell this wasn't his first rodeo.  He listened to the concern we had with our previous service provider and he made what I felt was a very compelling competitive offer and signed a contract.The offer was so good, I requested Andrew provide services for an additional location.  Maqbool returned days later with his full arsenal, showed me the spoils of his initial traps and I have not seen signs of a mouse alive or dead since. I called many places to quote the removal of racoons from my attic and they were all over prices upwards of $1500. They were professional and friendly when attended my call and immediately quoted me a very reasonable price for the labour involved. There was no need for assessment visit like other places which usually uses it as an excuse to tackle on added cost and require a 2nd visit to do the actual job. AR came in as mentioned first time and set the traps in (on same day in my case) then 2 weeks later came in and reinforced the roof sidings. Their quality of work is the same as most places so no need to pay other more for the same amount of work!
