We hired them for raccoon removal job in Mar 2023 and now we have the same issue of raccoon invasion again. We got it inspected from some other company today... read more and they showed us that last time they sealed the point with nails only which is very easy for raccoon to take off. They should have have used nuts. We have to pay again for the same thing again because of their carelessness.

They were professional and friendly when attended my call and immediately quoted me a very reasonable price for the labour involved. There was no need for assessment visit like other places which usually uses it as an excuse to tackle on added cost and require a 2nd visit to do the actual job. AR came in as mentioned first time and set the traps in (on same day in my case) then 2 weeks later came in and reinforced the roof sidings. Their quality of work is the same as most places so no need to pay other more for the same amount of work!
