There was no need for assessment visit like other places which usually uses it as an excuse to tackle on added cost and require a 2nd visit to do the actual job. AR came in as mentioned first time and set the traps in (on same day in my case) then 2 weeks later came in and reinforced the roof sidings. We tried vinegar and all the other remedies but nothing worked so I called AR pest Control. He came the next day, sprayed the roof and all of the openings, gave some education on prevention and within 30 minutes, he was done.
