They were professional and friendly when attended my call and immediately quoted me a very reasonable price for the labour involved. There was no need for assessment visit like other places which usually uses it as an excuse to tackle on added cost and require a 2nd visit to do the actual job. AR came in as mentioned first time and set the traps in (on same day in my case) then 2 weeks later came in and reinforced the roof sidings.
